CX-Brussels

After collaborating together on CX-Belux, Frédéric — the founder — reached out to me again with a new challenge: a complete redesign of the CX-Brussels website.
Just like CX-Belux, the goal of CX-Brussels is to support companies in optimizing their customer journey, but this time with a focus on the Brussels region.

Unlike the first project, the website already existed — but it required a full rebuild, both in structure and in design. We therefore started by redefining a clear and coherent architecture, page by page, laying the foundations for smooth and intuitive navigation.

Then came the design phase. Together with Frédéric, we chose not to duplicate the CX-Belux style: even though both entities share the same mission, it was essential for CX-Brussels to stand out visually, in order to reflect its own identity and geographic anchor.

**The result?**
A clear, modern, and differentiating website that highlights the vision of CX-Brussels and enables visitors to quickly understand the value provided, while enjoying a pleasant browsing experience.

This second project with Frédéric was an opportunity to confirm our excellent collaboration and to show how the same philosophy can be translated into two distinct visual universes, each perfectly aligned with its own context.
