For CX-Belux, I had the opportunity to work on the creation of the website for this company specialized in Customer Experience.
Frédéric, the founder, contacted me to design a digital showcase that highlights his mission: helping companies provide their users with a smooth and obstacle-free customer journey.

A key aspect of the project? The creation of a page dedicated to articles and expert insights. CX-Belux surrounds itself with passionate and skilled professionals, which leads to rich and inspiring exchanges.

Unlike other projects, Frédéric had no specific expectations regarding the design. So we began by defining a clear and coherent structure for the website, page by page, section by section. Then I brought it to life with a color palette that is vibrant yet soft, bringing energy and harmony to the whole.

What did I particularly love? The creative freedom Frédéric gave me. This challenge pushed me to explore new approaches and propose a tailor-made digital experience perfectly aligned with the spirit of CX-Belux.
